Domestic Shipping
We offer Free shipping for all orders over $70. At Olympian Goods we use Australia Post service, which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package.
International Post Shipping
We charge a different fee based on the international delivery area and we use Australia Post international shipping services. The shipping time frame for international orders are 9-15 days door to door shipping with full tracking, which do not include customs processing delays which are unfortunately out of our control. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.
International Taxes and Custom Charges
Customers from international locations may need to cover sales tax, duty, and/or Customs fees. It is the customer's responsibility to handle all taxes and customs charges, which are not included in the order or shipping cost.

If you decline the delivery, you are accountable for the original delivery charges, any applicable taxes and duties, and the return shipping cost, and you won't be eligible for a refund. Your local Post Office may contact you before releasing your order to inform you of any relevant fees related to your purchase. Please be aware that these charges are imposed by your country's government and are unrelated to Australia Post.
